Dr. Mark Brazier is a Sr. Staff Process Engineer at Intel Corporation. He received his PhD in Condensed Matter Physics from Purdue University, and has been with Intel's Technology Development group since 2000. Mark was a key member of the team responsible for developing an industry-first Hi-K, Metal Gate CMOS technology for Intel's 45nm technology node. He is currently responsible for High-K film development for the 32nm and 22nm CMOS Logic nodes.
