Be specific with your request, particularly with estimated number of attendees. You will receive a confirmation response from Marjorie Reyes.

Note that the Google calendars are no longer being used; they have been replaced with Outlook Exchange Server. If you are using Outlook, you will be able to check availability via that server. Otherwise, simply email the address above with your request.

EECS Tech Conference Room
(Tech L324/348)

Accommodates 30-40.

A conference table seats 8-12. The adjacent kitchenette has a refrigerator, sink, and microwave. The room has a built-in projector, automatic screen and two white boards.

Accommodates 12 seated around a table and an additional 8-12 seats around the perimeter. The walls are whiteboards.

Other meeting room options

Several other departments in Tech have conference rooms.
Often these can be reserved when the EECS meeting rooms are not available. Ask your Program Assistant for help finding and reserving a space.
