Professor Manijeh Razeghi, Director of the Center for Quantum Devices, is to give a plenary talk entitled, “Quantum Cascade Lasers Ready for IRCM Application," at the SPIE Security and Defence/Europe – Technologies for Optical Countermeasures meeting in Edinburgh, Scotland on September 26.
