CNN Money.com Reports Best Jobs in America -- EECS Undergraduate Degrees Rank High

Nearly a dozen of the top 50 jobs ranked on CNN Money's Best Jobs list are closely related to the degrees offered in electrical engineering and computer science. Systems engineer, IT project manager, computer/network security consultant, software developer, software project manager, IT business analyst,

telecommunications network engineer, quality control engineer, manufacturing engineer, computer software program manager, and application systems analyst. In addition, of the top ten in CNN Money's job growth list, five are directly related to our undergraduate degrees. For their high pay top-10 list, software architect ranks at #8, with a median salary of $117K. These rankings present a view of the market after the crash of 2007-2008.
