Delaunay receives IEEE Electron Devices Society PhD Student Fellowship for 2009

Pierre-Yves Delaunay, Ph.D. candidate in the Center Quantum Devices group under Prof. Razeghi, has been selected as a recipient of the IEEE Electron Devices Society PhD Student Fellowship for 2009. The PhD Fellowship Program was established to promote, recognize, and support graduate study and research within the Electron Devices Society's field of interest. We congratulate Mr. Delauney on being selected for this prestigious award. The fellowship will be presented at the 2009 IEEE International Electron Devices Meeting on December 7th, and consists of a plaque and a check for $7,000.
