Center for Quantum Devices researchers under the leadership of Prof. Manijeh Razeghi have published two papers in the May 2, 2011 issue of Applied Physics Letters 98. The papers are "Room temperature quantum cascade lasers with 27% wall plug efficiency" by Y. Bai, N. Bandyopadhyay, S. Tsao, S. Slivken, and M. Razeghi, and "Surface leakage current reduction in long wavelength infrared type-II InAs/GaSb superlattice photodiodes" by S. Bogdanov, B.-M Nguyen, A. M. Hoang, and M. Razeghi.
