Call for papers (PDF, WORD)

 

The papers submitted to this symposium will focus on state-of-the-art research in various important issues related to emerging technologies and standards on the coding and transmission of multimedia information (such as audio, video, image, graphics and text) over wireless networks. We solicit papers covering a variety of topics that include, but not limited to the following subjects:

 

 

Only original and unpublished paper will be considered to be presented in the symposium. Prospective authors are invited to submit papers of no more than six (6) pages in double-column IEEE format including results, figures and references at http://edas.info/index.cgi (IWCMC 2006 Multimedia over Wireless) before January 30, 2006. Prospective authors are expected to present their paper at the symposium.
