Research Projects
- Resource sharing and dynamic scheduling in cooperative ad hoc networks
- Consider network total utility maximization with limited information exchange
- Utilize game-theoretic models in analyzing algorithm performance
- Dynamic spectrum sharing
- Suggest auction-based approaches for power/bandwidth allocation
- Design mechanisms to allocate resource with fairness and/or maximize social welfare/revenue
- Link layer adaptation methods in wireless networks
- Used hybrid ARQ to increase system throughput and decrease packet delay
- Found optimal scheduling policies for stochastic systems of different utilities.
- Utility-based resource allocation in wireless networks
- Provided a unified approach for resource allocation in integrated-service networks
- Studied optimal allocation schemes under different channel assumptions
My advisors are Professor Michael Honig and Professor Randall Berry.
